Un altro piccolo gioiello Pop che ho scritto con Jeza dopo la sfortunata "Through With You" e la deliziosa "Sister J"... ancora una volta la mia musica e le immense doti di Jeremy come autore di testi si fondono assieme per uno dei brani più gioiosi del mio intero repertorio, una dichiarazione d'amore a LEI, il più grande amore della mia vita... la musica. Da notare un omaggio a quattro amici laddove canto "and I love her". Ad accompagnarmi in questa incisione la brava Helena Villa alla chitarra e il mitologico Filippo Bertacche alla batteria. Il finale riprende nientepopodimeno che l'intro di Zenith / The Definitive Answer, tema portante dell'intero progetto "Zenith & Nadir".

A new Pop jewel I wrote with Jeza after "Through With You" and the nice jazzy "Sister J"... my music and Jeremy's impressive talent as an author of lyrics blend perfectly together in one of the most joyous and fresh songs of my repertory, a love song for HER, the greatest love of all, music. Notice a small hommage to four great friends of ours in the line "and I love her". This recording feature Helena Villa on guitar (a really great job) and the drum hero Filippo Bertacche. In the song's ending you can also notice the intro of Zenith/ The Definitive Answer, a melodic line that gave life to the whole "Zenith & Nadir" project.

I liked this song a lot! It reminds me of songs from the 70's! That is a compliment being that the greatest music ever written was in the 70's. The Song itself has nice changes, especially in the chorus, thought it was very catchy! Loved the piano flavor in the song. Nice lyrics as well. Smooth! Nice message, positive! The production is clean on this song but almost too clean. I feel very sanatized and powder fresh while listening to this song. I suppose that may just be my opinion, but I do believe you can over produce music. I can't tell if it's a real guitar or just a keyboard, but if you used a real guitar and kept it a touch dirty you might take some of the "freshness" out of the song and bring it back to a level that might appeal to more people. That said, I have no complaints for the instrumentation. Sounds like every instrument is very well timed, in key, and dynamic. The bass line is solid and holds much of this song together. The keys and drums flow nicely. The vocals are a bit cheesy for me but they are in tune and carried very well. I can hear well blended background vocals dancing in and out of the song and they sound very appropriate. The structure of the song is very good. Although it's not my style of music it did keep my attention the whole way through. The dynamics you bring with the vocals also did a nice job of keeping my attention. A very well put together song. "Hmm, this sounds vaguely familar, but maybe not, kind of Billy Joel or Elton John perhaps. This sounds cool though the "and I love her" line, though used famously before by the Beatles, here really works and seems so heartfelt, nice chorus, very fun song but sentimental at the same time."
